SLUGGU is an absolute delight and allows JAGGU once again to showcase what a KICK-ASS band they really are to the Doom/Sludge/Stoner Metal underground scene.

"Rites for the damned"
is based on the theme of the horrors in humanity's destructive nature;
the machines of war, digging your own grave, enslavement, and the juxtaposed
hope present in nature and the resilient world.
This album contains some of the bands most personal lyrics from the members' private lives.
We are stoked about the artwork, which ended up becoming a collaboration with the magnificent Russell Mills, the man that made most of Nine Inch Nails, and some Trent Reznor artworks.
Written and recorded at JAGGU's HQ Red Line Studio and mixed by Marius Melleby.
The mastering was done by Ruben Willem, Caliban Studios.
